Located south of Kansas City, we’ve been raising cattle for market since the 1970’s. Over the years, we have learned the tricks of the trade and know how to raise them right. We’ve learned the need to raise healthy cattle to ensure healthy beef for customers to consume. We have one priority, and that is you.
Our Philosophy
On our Kansas farm, we believe in honoring the traditions of sustainable and ethical farming while embracing practices that respect both our cattle and the land. Since the early 1970s, we’ve been committed to raising cattle that not only meet but exceed market standards by focusing on the health and well-being of our animals.
Our approach is simple but profound: we refuse to use hormones or antibiotics in our cattle. Every Detail Matters
Before a calf is even born, we partner with local experts to manage our land to ensure optimal wildlife cohabitation, because we believe that the best beef comes from cattle growing alongside nature.


Right up to the butcher, we choose only the best USDA certified butcher to make sure the final product is exactly what you wanted.
We carefully select the optimal time, health, and conditions for butchering to ensure the highest quality experience for our consumers. Butcher dates begin in September and continue through early December.
